| On April 22 2011, a warm friday evening, Jeroen Huismans photowork fragment 243-18 köln - 2008 was placed in De Aanschouw, de Witte de Withstraat in Rotterdam. Being originally a former announcement cabinet, this is probabely the smallest gallery of the Netherlands! It solely consists of one street window and two fluorescent lamps. From 2001 up till now Frank Taal, Daan den Houter and Walter Birkhoff establish a new exhibition every week. | |||

Passer-by Dietrich Anslowe from Köln reacted on the exhibition; ''Wandering that street in Rotterdam I encountered this pic, which struck me on several ways. One of them was the fact I am from Köln, second; the pic struck me by fear in the next moments and third; i was overwhelmed by the details I encountered on the picture itself. I went for a beer and some hours later I realised this piece has everything in it to be a picture not to forget very easy. Would like to thank the anscouw for this unexpected present!
